Authorship Criteria

Science Academique follows internationally recognized authorship guidelines. To qualify as an author, individuals must have made substantial intellectual contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research. All contributors who do not meet authorship criteria are acknowledged appropriately. This policy ensures that credit is fairly assigned, responsibility is clearly defined

Science Academique requires:

All authors approve the final manuscript prior to submission.
Each author provides a detailed contribution statement, specifying their role in the study.
Editorial staff verify that authorship declarations accurately reflect contributions and may request clarification if discrepancies arise.
Any changes to authorship after submission (addition, removal, or order changes) must be formally approved by all authors and communicated to the editorial office.
Conflict of Interest

To preserve objectivity, all authors are required to disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence their work. These disclosures are evaluated by the editorial team and, when relevant, published alongside the article.

Ethical Compliance

Science Academique strictly enforces ethical standards for research involving humans, animals, or sensitive data. All submissions must include ethical approval statements and informed consent, where applicable. Manuscripts undergo rigorous screening for plagiarism, data falsification, and other forms of research misconduct. Authors are fully accountable for the accuracy, validity, and integrity of their work. Figures Integrity & Reuse

Authors are required to ensure that all figures and images submitted are original or fully licensed for publication. Any content reproduced or adapted from other sources must include explicit permission from the copyright holder and proper attribution in the figure legend. Figures must accurately represent the data, and any modifications, including color adjustments, cropping, or labelling, must be applied consistently and clearly described.

All published figures are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing responsible reuse with proper attribution. This ensures both ethical integrity and broad dissemination of scientific knowledge.

Data Availability

At Science Academique we support open science and reproducibility. Authors are encouraged to deposit underlying data in recognized public repositories or provide comprehensive supplementary files. Editors and reviewers may request additional information or raw data to verify results. Clear data availability statements are included in each published article, ensuring that research is transparent and verifiable

Retraction & Corrections

When errors, misconduct, or data integrity issues are identified, Science Academique follows a formal and transparent process for corrections or retractions. Each case is evaluated by the editorial team in consultation with authors and reviewers, and decisions are communicated clearly. Published corrections or retraction notices are linked to the original article, maintaining the integrity of the scientific record

Editorial Independence

All editorial decisions are made autonomously by our editorial team, free from influence by the publisher, sponsors, or external parties. This independence ensures that decisions are based purely on scientific quality and merit, reinforcing the integrity and credibility of the journal

Archiving

All articles published in Science Academique are maintained in secure electronic archives to ensure long-term preservation and accessibility. Additionally, content is deposited in recognized repository databases, facilitating discoverability and permanent access

Science Academique publishes all research under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, a widely adopted standard license for open-access publishing. All appeals are reviewed by senior editorial staff or independent advisory members who were not involved in the original decision to ensure impartiality. Authors receive prompt and clear communication regarding the outcome, along with a detailed explanation of the review and final decision.
