Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

To help authors format their paper correctly before submission. We have included some key elements

Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be organized in a clear, logical, and concise manner that accurately conveys the significance of the research. Each submission must include sufficient methodological detail to ensure reproducibility and transparent reporting of results. The narrative should flow coherently from the statement of objectives to data interpretation and conclusions, supported by appropriate figures, tables, and references.

Authors are encouraged to follow established disciplinary conventions while maintaining consistency with the journal’s overall formatting and ethical requirements. Clarity, scientific rigor, and integrity in presentation are essential to facilitate efficient peer review and effective communication of the research to a multidisciplinary audience

Formatting Requirements & Reference

Manuscripts should be prepared in a consistent format that facilitates readability and accurate peer evaluation. Text should be logically organized with uniform font, spacing, and heading styles. Figures and tables must be of high quality, clearly labelled, and referenced appropriately within the text.

References, citations, and units should adhere to Vancouver reference style.

[Ex: Prasana, J. C., Eunice, E., Benny, D., Rifana, B. A., & Freddy, A. J. (2025). Rectifying ion channels and membrane potential for cancer therapy: A hypothesis. Sci Academique, 6(1), 77–96]

Authors are encouraged to ensure their manuscripts are free from typographical and grammatical errors prior to submission, as professionally presented work reflects the integrity and quality of the research

Figures and Tables

Figures and tables should be used purposefully to illustrate key findings and enhance the clarity of the manuscript. Visual elements must be of high quality, accurately labelled, and accompanied by descriptive captions that allow understanding without reference to the main text. Data should be presented objectively, avoiding redundancy between text, tables, and figures.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that all graphical content meets ethical and copyright standards, including appropriate permissions for reused or adapted material. Consistent formatting, clear legends, and readable visual design are essential.
accepted formats for figures are: TIFF / JPEG / PNG

Language and Style

Manuscripts must be written in clear, precise, and grammatically correct English. Authors should use professional and objective language, avoiding jargon, ambiguity, or overly technical expressions that may limit understanding. The narrative should be coherent and concise, presenting ideas logically and maintaining consistency in terminology throughout the manuscript. Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to seek professional editing or language support before submission.

Supplementary Materials

Include additional data, figures, videos, or datasets that support the main text but are not essential for understanding the core findings. Provide clear labelling and references to these materials within the main text

Submission Process

Author must submit their manuscripts using the journal’s online submission system. Our submission interface consists of four sections designed to collect complete and accurate information to facilitate editorial assessment.

  • Author information

In this section, authors must provide the full details of all contributing and corresponding authors, including institutional affiliations, country, and valid contact information. The corresponding author will serve as the primary point of communication throughout the editorial and publication process.

  • Manuscript details

This section gathers essential information about the submission, including manuscript title, type of manuscript, and a concise summary of the study. Authors are required to upload a cover letter outlining the significance and relevance of their work. Finally, authors are required to select both a primary “category” and a more specific “subcategory” when submitting their manuscript to ensure efficient editorial handling and assignment to qualified reviewers. For example, the category may be “Earth Sciences,” while the subcategory may be “Bio-geosciences"

  • Upload files

Authors should upload the main manuscript, figures, tables, supplementary materials, and any additional documents required by the journal. All files must be clearly labelled and in acceptable formats. Each file should accurately reflect the content described in the manuscript details section.

  • Review and submit

Before final submission, authors will have to review all entered information and uploaded files. Once verified, the submission should be finalized through the system. An automated confirmation will be sent to the corresponding author upon successful submission. The journal encourages authors to ensure that all details are accurate and complete before submission to avoid delays during initial screening and peer review.
